RICHMOND, CA-August 21, 2006. The National Auto Sport Association (NASA) is pleased to announce that Continental Motorsport Services will offer $2,700 in gift certificate rewards to top finishers in Super Unlimited, Factory Five Challenge, Camaro Mustang Challenge, SE-R Cup, and Time Trials at the inaugural NASA Championship event at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course on September 14th-17th, 2006. Continental Motorsport is also offering a 10% discount to any female competitor at the National Championships.

Continental Motorsport Services President Jim Morsch said, “We are thrilled to be taking part in the inaugural NASA Championship event. We are offering this program along with the free use of our corner weighting scales at the event to the classes we have chosen to support in the hopes that it will help some of our fellow racers. The gift certificate award program will apply to the SU, FFR, CMC, SER Cup, TTU, TTR, TTA, TTB, TTC, TTD, TTE, and TTF classes at the NASA Championship event. The program will award drivers a gift certificate in the amount of $100 for first place, $75 for second place, and $50 for third place if there are ten or more starters in their class. TT classes will only require 5 starters to qualify for the contingency program. Competitors must purchase $100 in products before or during the championship race weekend and run 2 Continental Motorsport stickers (one on each side of vehicle) supplied by Continental Motorsport at time of purchase.
