NASA Championships Information Update

Hello NASA Championship Drivers,

We thought that we would drop you a note on what to expect when you arrive at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. The track is located:

Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course
7721 Steam Corners Road
Lexington, OH 44904-0108

Registration:
You will enter Gate #3 from Steam Corners Rd. Proceed to the first building you see on the right hand side; this is Registration. Every person entering the facility will have to visit Registration to at least sign a waiver. Drivers will pick up a package and a credential. Crew members will simply state what driver they are with, sign the waiver, and pickup their credential. There will be a large parking area there for your convenience.

Guest Services:
Once signed in, your next stop will be Guest Services. If you know where you are going to park or can park with no assistance, then simply show Guest Services your event credential and proceed to parking. If you need assistance, all you have to do is ask.

Facility Map:
A facility map is located here: http://www.nasaproracing.com/nc/paddock_layout.pdf. Please remember that this is not to scale, nor is it drawn to proportion. It’s simply a tool to give you the relative layout of where things are located.

Parking:
Pavement- if you have reserved pavement parking, please proceed to that area and locate Bryan Cohn or call him on his cell phone (785) 844-0421. He will show you to your spot. Please park open trailers and unused vehicles in the parking area located in the southeast corner of the facility behind the maintenance building.

Garage- If you have rented a garage, please proceed to your assigned garage number. Please park open trailers and unused vehicles in the parking area located in the southeast corner of the facility behind the maintenance building.

Grass- If you are parking in the grass (everyone that has not purchased a paved parking area or garage), please follow the signs to the grass parking area. Be sure to follow the correct orientation when parking. While there is lots of grass area to park, we still request that you park open trailers and unused vehicles in the parking area located in the southeast corner of the facility behind the maintenance building.

Driver Information:
Starting Thursday morning, we invite you to visit Driver Information, located at the base of the Goodyear Tower. You will be able to get up-to-the-minute information and make any necessary corrections or changes to your driver / car information.

Wireless Access:
The Richland County Visitor’s Bureau (CVB) will be providing wireless access to the internet at no charge. The coverage will be limited to an area surrounding their kiosk. However, many users may access the system at once. We hope that you will thank the Richland CVB for generously proving this service. Also please note that we will be broadcasting a live timing feed via the web. This means that you and/ or crew will be able to monitor the action on the track as well as the folks around the world that were not fortunate enough to make the event.

Live Timing Feed:
Anyone with an internet connection should be able to view live Timing and Scoring for the event at http://drivenasa.com/liveresults.
